Ancillary costs ( including VAT) for the purposes of Regulation 48 as follows:
Per dishonoured cheque R100. A dealer penalty (not vatable) per dealer outlet using (demonstrates or displays) a television without a valid TV licence (no change), Per dealer outlet – R10,000.
